Fan Question

I'm six weeks pregnant and I've been having back pain with slight cramping since yesterday but now I'm having cramps in the front also.

I'm not bleeding but I'm really scared something is wrong. It's not like super painful but I'm still worried about it. It couldn't be miscarriage could it? I've miscarried before but I was told it's normal to bleed and cramp because you can still have a period when pregnant.( a doctor didn't tell me that a coworker did) so I bl Dorris Wedding non-formal garments for wedding in short length ... ed and didn't think anything was wrong until the pain was super bad. But I don't remember if I was cramping or anything before I started to bleed. I don't want to go to ER unless I have to, but I'm just really worried with the cramping getting worse.

Help please?
