Do any of you do completely yeast free baking. Generally I live off Brown rice. Not because of gluten just feels better as staple. I picked up a bread maker for ten bucks. I've made a few loaves. However on the first loaf when I approached the bread maker when it was rising my eyes would itch. When I ate the bread I felt a prickly sensation in my skin. I'm wondering if I had a yeast allergy ?
