This isn't baby related but I've had this lump behind my ear for a few months and it's painful too but I've had a lump there above the one that's spreading down my neck, I've seen doctors, hospital about it and now in January I have to go to a gynecologist (skin doctor) For hopefully a diagnosis of what it could be, I had an ultrasound on it and it showed white cells and hospital thinks it's a muscle but I don't think it is because it really hurts and sends like shooting pain down my neck.
