Has anyone tried Hydroxyzine for sleep? I had some left over from a long time ago, took 50mg last night with 100mg of 5-HTP and slept like a baby. It is in the antihistamine family (which I always avoid) but it also has anti-anxiety properties to it too. Mother of the Groom Dresses for Fall 2020
