Here it is... my week in workouts. Mentally, I felt so much better after following a structured workout yesterday. My husband and I agreed to focus on me getting alone time for my workouts. I need to figure out if my emotional struggles are just hormones and my old anxiety and depression creeping in or if it's something serious like PPD. I want to be sure to do everything that I can to make myself feel better and working out has saved me in the past. I actually went ahead and ... planned out the next 3 weeks.
