I had to take a corticosteroid to help with some joint inflammation& my goodness! I got maybe a total of 2hrs of sleep last night bc the meds prevent you from falling asleep & staying asleep. Plus it made my legs & arms itchy! Needless to say, those of you who deal with insomnia have my respect! It was brutal last night & still is today!
